Bayhill House rates and availability vary through out the year depending on when friends and family are staying.
Bayhill House rates also vary on how long your planned stay will be, whether you want to stay for a week or for 3-4 months. In low season a minimum stay of 2 days/nights is possible also.
The property is back in 2011 for holiday bookings as we have finished a long term rental early.
Low Season
From £1000 -£1200 per week ($1500-$1800 US dollars approx). This includes 9% local tax
High Season
From £1200 to £1600 per week ($1800 to $2400 approx). This includes 9% local tax
